A Comedy Self-help Podcast to Make Life Suck Less!

May 3, 2019

This week we review the mega-popular bestseller The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change by Stephen R. Covey.

The 7 Habits was first published in 1989 and has sold over 25 million copies. In 1996, Times magazine named Stephen Covey one of the 25 most influential people. So this is a huge book!

Lisa and Misty cover each of the habits in this 7 Habits of Highly Effective People book review:

  1. Be Proactive
  2. Begin With the End In Mind
  3. Put First Things First
  4. Think Win-Win
  5. Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
  6. Synergize
  7. Sharpen the Saw

If you'd like to read it, you can purchase the book here.

We also love to follow @jameelajamilofficial and her @i_weigh movement on instagram. According, to Jameela, she started this "for us to feel valuable and see how amazing we are beyond the flesh on our bones." Highly recommend!
